At Frenchie Dynasty, our puppies are raised as cherished members of our family until they join yours. Because we deal exclusively with live companion animals rather than physical retail products, standard return and refund policies do not apply.

We are deeply committed to the lifelong welfare of our dogs and the peace of mind of our adoption families. This policy outlines our financial terms regarding holding deposits, cancellations, health-related returns, and our lifetime rehoming commitment.

1. Holding Deposits and Cancellations

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Once your puppy application is approved and you place a monetary deposit to reserve a specific puppy or secure a spot on our waiting list, that deposit is 100% non-refundable.
  • Why It Is Non-Refundable: When a deposit is placed, that specific puppy is immediately taken off the market, and we turn away all other prospective families. Deposits represent a firm commitment to adopting the animal.
  • Litter Postponement: If a pregnancy is unsuccessful, or if the specific puppy you reserved does not clear our mandatory pre-departure veterinary checks, your deposit will be rolled over to the next available litter of your choosing.

2. General “Change of Mind” Returns

  • No Financial Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer financial refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks if you decide you can no longer keep the puppy due to a change in personal circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: landlord disputes, sudden family allergies, moving, relationship changes, or general unpreparedness for the responsibilities of puppy ownership.
  • The Safety Net (Surrender & Rehoming): If you find yourself in a position where you can no longer provide a proper home for a Frenchie Dynasty dog at any point during its life, the dog must be returned to us. We will take the dog back into our program immediately to ensure they are safely cared for and rehomed. However, no financial compensation or refund will be issued upon surrender under these circumstances.

3. Health-Related Returns & Guarantees

While general returns do not yield refunds, we provide explicit protections for severe, life-altering congenital health issues as governed strictly by our signed Adoption Agreement / Health Guarantee.

  • Initial Clear Veterinary Window: Upon taking physical possession of your puppy, you are required to have them examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours. If, during this initial 72-hour window, a licensed veterinarian certifies in writing that the puppy has a severe, life-threatening illness or structural defect that was present prior to departure, you may return the puppy to us for a full replacement puppy from an upcoming litter, or a refund of the base purchase price (excluding transport fees) as determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Congenital & Genetic Conditions: Our separate, signed Health Guarantee outlines multi-year coverage for severe, life-threatening genetic defects (such as severe heart, kidney, or liver failure). Minor, treatable conditions common to the French Bulldog breed—including but not limited to cherry eye, minor allergies, skin fold dermatitis, giardia, or stenotic nares requiring standard widening—are explicitly excluded from returns or refunds.
  • Veterinary Expenses: Under no circumstances will Frenchie Dynasty be responsible for third-party veterinary medical bills, diagnostic costs, or surgical fees incurred after the puppy leaves our facility, regardless of the diagnosis.

4. Finality of Sales

Once a puppy leaves our estate or is legally signed over to you or your designated transport courier/Flight Nanny, the sale is considered final. Any subsequent legal modifications or resolutions regarding the health or placement of the animal will be managed solely through the frameworks explicitly detailed in your physical, signed Adoption Agreement.
