  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, submit a puppy application, or enter into any financial transactions with us.

Providing fraudulent or misleading information is grounds for the immediate rejection of your application and termination of future services.

2. Puppy Applications & Adoptions

  • No Guarantee of Acceptance: Submission of a puppy application form through this Site does not guarantee approval or acceptance into our breeding program’s waitlist, nor does it guarantee the availability or sale of a puppy. We reserve the absolute right to refuse service or deny an application to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.
  • Adoption Contracts Take Precedence: The information on this website is for informational purposes only. The actual purchase and adoption of any live animal from Frenchie Dynasty are strictly governed by a separate, legally binding Adoption Agreement / Bill of Sale. In the event of any conflict between the text on this website and your signed physical/digital Adoption Agreement, the terms of the signed Adoption Agreement shall control.
  • Holding Deposits: Any holding deposits paid to reserve a puppy are non-refundable, except as explicitly outlined within your specific signed Adoption Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership of Content: All content featured on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, puppy photographs, breed descriptions, and software, is the exclusive property of Frenchie Dynasty or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any images or text from this Site without our express prior written consent.
