At Frenchie Dynasty, the health, safety, and emotional well-being of our puppies are our highest priorities. We understand that bringing a new puppy home is a momentous occasion, and we are dedicated to making the transit process as safe, transparent, and stress-free as possible.

Because French Bulldogs are a brachycephalic (snub-nosed) breed, they have unique respiratory systems that make standard commercial cargo shipping highly dangerous and unacceptable. We never ship our puppies as standard cargo. Every travel arrangement we coordinate utilizes premium, climate-controlled, or in-cabin methods designed specifically for the safety of the breed.

Available Travel & Delivery Methods

We offer three primary methods to safely transition your new puppy from our estate to your home:

1. Boutique Flight Nanny Service (Recommended for Domestic Travel)

For families living outside of driving distance, we utilize elite, certified Flight Nannies to transport your puppy via major commercial airlines.

  • In-Cabin Only: The Flight Nanny escorts your puppy inside the main passenger cabin of the aircraft. Your puppy remains in a soft, airline-approved carrier at the nanny’s feet or lap, receiving continuous monitoring, love, and hydration.
  • Airport Handover: The Flight Nanny personally meets you at a designated, secure location inside your local airport’s arrivals terminal to execute the final handover of your puppy and their physical documentation.
  • Booking Notice: Flight Nanny arrangements are subject to airline availability, weather conditions, and seasonal flight schedules.

2. Private Ground Transport

For regional or interstate delivery where air travel is not preferred, we partner exclusively with top-tier, certified pet ground couriers.

  • Climate Control: Vehicles are modern, fully partitioned, and strictly climate-controlled to maintain optimal structural temperatures regardless of external weather.
  • Breed-Specific Care: Transporters follow strict safety protocols, including scheduled rest stops every 2–4 hours for hydration, sanitation, controlled stretching, and vital checks.
  • Door-to-Door Delivery: The courier delivers the puppy directly to your specified residential address.

3. In-Person Estate Pickup

We warmly welcome approved families to schedule a private appointment to pick up their puppy directly from our location. This allows you to meet us, view our setup, and receive a comprehensive in-person orientation.

Pre-Travel Health & Safety Requirements

Before any Frenchie Dynasty puppy clears our facility for travel, the following mandatory protocols must be completed:

  • Age and Weight Minimums: In compliance with ethical breeding standards and transportation laws, puppies will not be cleared to travel until they reach a minimum of 8 weeks of age and demonstrate stable physical development.
  • Certified Veterinary Inspection (CVI): Within 10 days of travel, our licensed veterinarian performs a rigorous health check to issue an official Health Certificate confirming the puppy is fit for transit.
  • Weather Restrictions: Ground and air travel dates are subject to change based on real-time weather conditions. If extreme heatwaves or winter storms pose a risk to the puppy’s breathing or safety during handoffs, the journey will be rescheduled immediately at no additional cost to the buyer.
  • Scent & Comfort Prep: To reduce separation anxiety, puppies travel with a specialized transition pack containing a blanket infused with the scent of their mother and littermates.

Fees, Scheduling, and Documentation

  • Shipping Quotes: Travel expenses are not included in the baseline adoption price of the puppy. Shipping and delivery fees vary based on distance, transport method, and current fuel/airline rates. A transparent, itemized quote will be provided once your adoption application is finalized.
  • Final Payment Clearance: All adoption balances and associated shipping fees must be paid in full and clear our financial systems at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled departure date. Puppies will not be placed into transport under any circumstances if balances are outstanding.
  • Documentation Provided Upon Delivery:
    • Official Pedigree and Registration papers.
    • Up-to-date physical vaccination and deworming records.
    • Signed Veterinary Health Certificate.
    • Signed Health Guarantee and Bill of Sale contract copies.

Unexpected Delays and Contingencies

While we strive to maintain rigid schedules, the transportation of live animals is inherently dependent on external variables like airline delays, traffic, and fluctuating weather patterns.

Frenchie Dynasty reserves the absolute right to delay or alter a scheduled transport itinerary if we or our handlers determine that continuing the journey poses a health risk to the puppy. We will maintain open, constant communication with you via phone and email throughout any adjustments until the puppy is safely in your care.
